I was walking to the TMC commons yesterday when I noticed that the fenced in area next to the Methodist Research Center construction site said "Texas Heart Institute Phase 1 Expansion". Anybody have any info on this? It's right next to the current THI building - between it and the Methodist Research construction.- 5 replies

Baylor St. Lukes Medical Center Dan L Duncan Comprehensive Cancer Center. -
I pass by this small business park a lot but never stop by. I stopped by today, and the PMRG For Lease Sign has been there for a decade. Shouldn't Madison Marquette replace the sign? Out of all the light-industrial/lab space around Kirby and West Bellfort, this one is doing badly. I see lots of vacancy. Anyone remember details about this? I was trying to see if there were any concept renderings. This was going to be located to where the (now) the UT Research Park Complex is. All the TMC players were involved. This was the original TMC3 if you will. This project was proposed in 2001. I'll post a few articles for reference.

This is the shopping center with Memorial Hermann and CHI St. Lukes at the intersection of Braeswood & Kirby. I had dinner here at Morningstar Thai. Great food and prices, but no alcohol.

Building signage says this is a collaboration with Baylor College of Medicine. The Neurosensory Center of Houston is located at 6501 Fannin St. Edit: There is a planned skybridge on the outside of this building.
