The 2001 Hermann Dr Medical Building demolition was completed December 30 2021. The contractors did a fantastic job with no injuries. Looking forward to the next use of the property.

2001 Hermann Medical Building is nearly gone. The Track Hoe operators have been separating everything that can be reused; bricks, stainless steel, galvanized pipe etc. Hoping that it will become a Dog Park, LOL. Or restaurant. What other suggestions ?

Notice how tidy and safely the demo is going. Metal is being stacked and bricks are being saved.

336E Track Hoe has arrived at Hermann Dr Surgical Center, 2001 Hermann. Soon, Walls will be tumbling down. Wonder what is next for the 3+ acre tract. Great location.
