    Fingers Apartments are going up across the way. If you look closely you can see the green fence wrapped around the block as well a track hoe.

    We should be seeing construction start very soon. That area is going to be unrecognizable here in the next few years.

    Thanks brijonmang, I try to keep up on what's happening, but there is just to much . Also from Tumbleweed TX picture it looks like they are starting site work, I can't think of anything else that they could be doing if they were still clearing the site.

    Correct construction is supposed to start this month, so we maybe looking at a late October ground breaking.

    This is great news, Novare does not mess around. The one in Austin is adding a floor every 4 or 5 days.

    Awesome!!! Can't wait to see it break ground this year. Looks like Regent Square is about to take off.

    It most likely will by this summer or close to it. I believe they start construction once it hits 50%.

    40% sold is not bad, looks Like they'll be starting construction real soon.

    The Skyhouse will be a good addition to the area.

    It can go either way, like for instance the new JW Marriott convention center hotel in Austin says coming early 2015. Right now they already dug a gaint hole in the ground with construction workers and equipment on site.

    Looks good, almost half way there.

    I can imagine what the inside of the building looked like when it was boarded up all that stale air inside, but I am glad to see it being use.

    I am so jealous of Houston new apple store, I wish ours at the Domain had a glass roof. :-)
