  4. It has been nearly a year since my wife Kirste was trampled, and she is finally speaking out. Last week 6/15 she appeared before city council urging changes to HPD procedures. Additionally a local pastor from Grace Lutheran Church, also a Montrose neighbor spoke about the HPD Mounted Patrol being out of control at last years parade.
