Texas Custom Homes is the builder for the town homes. I am not sure what type of quality it will be. I hope it will decent quality and lower the property values. I tried to consult with the group for landscape architecture, but they went the cheap route and have hired a landscaper. It will most likely be stuff found in the back of the landscaper's pick-up truck thrown in the yards. I hope they prove me wrong since I have to drive past it everyday.

So, what's the status on this development? Is it still moving forward?

Let's just add one more confusing road to the rest of Houston. FM 1960 will always be 1960. No amount of name branding and/or medians will change the development along the corridor.
