  1. It is, the bus ridership demographics don't align with Bellaire residents demographics. Meaning no one in Bellaire uses it. To better serve the ridership, they need to move it closer to those that ride it. That's either down further west on Bellaire or north closer to all those Gulfton apartments.
  2. I believe this is called a 4 over 1 design. Its the latest super trend.
  3. If true, it's wasted space for a medical building. It's prime retail if ever there was one. Maybe they should bring back the traffic circle there to slow everyone down and get more foot traffic.
  4. Are those QB codes? Or some secret to decipher like on the CIA building? Also, the signage should be in red, looks hard to read with that background.
  5. Great, as if traffic isn't already bad enough in that area! J/K. It's going to be a premier store and a nice addition to Houston. BTW, Lulu Lemon might take up the whole 4 stories. I've heard talk that they'll have a restaurant and have yoga/palliates classes in the top floor.
  6. Awesome news! Maybe we can get Space X to move its head quarters here.
  7. A new brew pub is opening in the Triangle. https://countercommon.com
  8. Oh and Bellaire Broiler Burger is coming back as well, with menu items from the Roadster Grill. Win, win. I still miss Bernie's Burger Bus, but these two new additions eases the pain. https://houston.culturemap.com/news/restaurants-bars/04-25-22-bellaire-broiler-burger-restaurant-reopened-roadster-grill-jason-scheinthal/#slide=0 Beloved Bellaire burger restaurant reborn after 2-year closure
  9. Lankford's is coming to Bellaire! https://communityimpact.com/houston/bellaire-meyerland-west-university/dining/2022/04/22/montrose-diner-lankfords-plans-to-open-second-location-in-bellaire/ Montrose diner Lankford's plans to open second location in Bellaire
  10. You know what Houston needs is a place for computer nerds/geeks to hang out and congregate. That doesn't require a high cost. Like the spirit of HAUG or HAL-PC back in the day. Now those were incubators.
  11. The Hilton and Law Center are going to be great additions to the campus. I'm particularly liking the structure of the Hilton. I hope they don't cover up those V shaped columns.
  12. When I was growing up, my family would shop there for groceries when it was a Weingardens. Good memories.
  13. I don't know, if you're making it to Kirby, might as well go all the way to the med center? Its not that much further.
  14. Looks like the next project is a Kelsey Sybold Clinic. A weird place for a clinic surrounded by restaurants, but what do I know.
  15. Going by his name, he probably grew up writing in arabic. Which is just one step away from calligraphy. No wonder he's got beautiful handwriting.
