If you're curious about what is going on with the former Gander Mountain location (290 near FM 1960)...it was slated to become an entertainment complex, however it is now being built out as a Tesla Service Center for sales, delivery, and service of Tesla vehicles. https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/TABS/Projects/TABS2022000829

The new Main Event on 249 (near Regal theaters, formerly Silverado) is nearing completion. Given the considerable growth, the area has been lacking in amusement options. This should be a good addition to the area.

They are building a Villa Sport Athletic Club at this location. Villa Sport is like a higher-end version of Lifetime Fitness, they have another location in The Woodlands. https://www.villasport.com/ -

What neighborhoods will be zoned to this new school? Gleannloch? Windrose? Have they released the proposed zoning for this High School? -
Thanks for the link. Look at the demographic report for Cypress (population, income, etc). Memorial Hermann Fairfield Campus
mrfootball replied to BigFootsSocks's topic in The Great Northwest
That building looks hideous. It looks like it was designed in the early 1980's. -
The layout is identical to the new location in The Woodlands, very similar to the new Fairfield location. 100,000 sq. ft vs. 112,000 sq. ft at Vintage Park.

Churrasco's Announces New Champions & Hwy. 249
mrfootball replied to mrfootball's topic in The Great Northwest
Yes, but they weren't Churrasco's. We've been going to the new Memorial City location. The same design firm that created that one (along with a thousand Apple stores along with PF Chang's) will be redesigning this location.- 4 replies

This is 20,000 sq ft. larger than the new "groceraunt" HEB (80,000 sq ft) that opened in Stone Oak in the San Antonio area. I hope it has similar features. http://www.mysanantonio.com/business/local/article/H-E-B-s-new-groceraunt-opens-Friday-in-Stone-Oak-5565210.php
