Hey HAIF, As much as it pains me to do this; my mid century mod is hitting the market due to my job relocating. I spent years looking for this house and hoping to have it end up in the hands of someone who appreciate the architecture and home as much as I do. It's in Oak Forest, 3 bed, 2 baths, about 2300 sq feet on a huge corner lot. Some pictures are below and the house will be open on July 23rd and 24th from 2 - 4 PM. I don't know what kind of roof it is... Just signed a contract and during the inspection period wanted to bring out a couple of roofers with extensive experience in flat roofs. I know the existing roof leaks and will probably need to be replaced entirely, what kind of flat roof it's replaced with I'm open to suggestions.

I'm in need of a reputable roofer to repair or probably replace a flat roof. Does anyone have any recommendations of a roofer who specializes or has lots of experience with flat roofs?

Does anyone know what's going on with this house? It's been pending for what seems like months?
