Based off the map Urbannizer posted from the Youtube video, the development appears to be about three blocks. Tierwester St, Webster St, Roberts St, and Mcllhenny St border the properties. Hadley St is also located along a section of the development.




I'm not sure if this is their Houston project or one of the other developments in L.A., D.C., or Phoenix.

A neat idea that unfortunately has no intention on becoming reality. I’d put this one as #2 right the movie studio proposal, but other than those concepts, I think the Astrodome should be demolished. It has served its purpose. Build high-density mixed-use here in connection with NRG Stadium. Could be set as phases over time. Sure it was the first enclosed football/baseball stadium, but all these proposals and ideas just show how challenging it is to turn the structure into something. Demolish it and sell the land off in plots that it sits on and the surface parking to developers. NRG, rail line and the Med Center nearby would entice them to invest here.

This is actually outside Midtown, but still pretty central at Hadley & Roberts St.

I thought US-Living pulled all their planned projects off the table for the time being. Any idea as to what’s goin on @Paco Jones?

Doesn’t matter. Moved back to Going Up. Multiple topics that are on even shorter structures are here, also provides more exposure.

The land has been vacant for decades. Was anything there at one point? I remember a Lowe’s being proposed here years ago.

Building 3 is the one in the center, furthest from Post Oak Blvd.

Nearly complete, when’s the grand opening?

Same height as 405 Colorado and has quite a ways to go.
