There was an article today in the Spring/Klein/Tomball section of the Houston Chronicle. It was all about Vintage Park, and it was a total "PR puff piece" if you ask me. Here is the link, and you be the judge. http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/nb/tom...ws/5850906.html If you buy half of what this article says, I have some oceanfront property in Arizona for you!!! This place just got a upscale pizza place, too - according to the Vintage Park web site. $23 pizzas with toppings like lobster and wild-caught Key West Shrimp??? Gimme a break!!! I live in a very nice neighborhood within a few miles of this place, and I have been so disappointed with all the rumors, and the lack of progress (As well as tenants seeming to pull out). They need some high end SHOPPING...and some tenants - yesterday!!! Overpriced sandwich shops, burger and pizza joints ain't gonna cut it. Its a total ghost town, and hopefully this will change.
