    Do these oak trees tear up sidewalks and roads because they weren't correctly planted back in the day? And wouldn't the Post oaks on Post Oak Boulevard do the same one day once they got bigger?

    Yeah it's a great vibe downtown on gameday it's great seeing all the orange around and I give Jim Crane a lot of credit.

    I might be in the minority but I drove by this thing the other day and it has a huge presence but in a good way! I think it's a great addition to that part of Midtown. At least it has ground floor retail and it fills up a neighborhood block. And looking at the concept it there will be some great things to fill the other blocks around it.

    When I worked in Laporte/Deer Park years ago I had a coworker tell me "🤠 hell all that stuff over there is downtown" meaning everything inside the loop 🤦🏽‍♂️

    They also have Wienerschnitzel down there as well. I think I'm spelling it right. It's weird because last time I was in the Dallas area they had Grandy's and Wienerschnitzel in Houston has neither but Victoria has both ..
