    These BRT lines are gonna dramatically change the look of the city in a great way! All new developments will to use the TOD standards. Is there still talk to add Boost lines to TOD standards?

    I went to Marmo last Friday night they knocked it out of the park with this development!!! When they start and finish the development at Westmont and rebuild Westheimer this area is going to have a really bustling urban vibe on that corner.

    Midtown and that part of downtown is about to boom. We really haven't even mentioned the CVS lot on Main that closed down either!

    Yes it does the BRT lines in the galleria area are included you have to go to the walkable places page on the city of Houston's website and they'll have a map there I'll see if I can find a link.

    You know I was just wondering that I've asked the question on here before in the past is there really that much demand for high-rise residential in Houston I guess it is. And not to mention high rise apartments in the galleria Do you think we are over building?

    I think Midtown is about to be booming in the next few years with all these new lots coming available and the stuff that's going on at the ion too!

    I always thought it was stupid they put the trees in the middle of median knowing they were gonna rip them out years later. Those trees could have been planted along the sides.

    I noticed that too! I will say at least Pearland is finally starting to landscaping serious with the new trees being planted.
