no from what i understand Shake Shack will be where saks fifth avenue is now but at the far right corner next to the new saks they are building...(as the old saks will turn into lots of new shops and a food court and restaurants...) 

i am sooOOOOOOOoooOOoooOooo trying to hate this as much as everyone else but i just dont for some reason... oh well! haha! 

slowly but surely GRB is going to finally look awesome!!! such an exciting project! thanks for the great photos and updates!!! 

wow cool info about La Table as i always avoided that place after my first visit at the old version...this new version looks bright and airy and really nice... thanks for the update! 

this development is dying without these restaurants...they need to hurry up and get these open stat!!!! it will definitely bring more people to the shops and make it feel more lively for sure...

Anyone heard any further info on the supposed attempted blacklist of iPic in Hollywood from the big chains?

because of everything going on, they are only able to announce movies every tuesday for that week...usually at 9pm they said.

So far, the closest thing seems to be the Taverna Coffee shop which is shown here at the bottom middle facing westheimer:

but i am surprised a dessert or candy shop has not been added, although there is certainly room for one...crossing fingers for something awesome or that Taverna Coffee has some great pastry selections etc...

which by the way, anyone looking for the best gingerbread cookies ever, go to Crave Cupcakes! Houston Press just named them the best gingerbread cookie in houston and they would be correct! (super soft and great ginger flavor and decorated perfectly) !!!

incorrect...The George R. Brown Convention WAS built to resemble a ship in honor of the BrownShipping Company's contribution in WWII and for it’s generous land donation the convention center is built on.

COS opens this friday 12/11/15 FYI! Cant wait to finally be able to really shop at ROD!

I would have put the Mercer in the list but since its so thin it doesn't really deserve mention.

uh...your number 4 in no way has a tiara...that is 100 percent for sure a fruit basket and i have always hoped someone would fill it with giant inflatable bananas, oranges, apples, etc

haha i live directly across the street so i go walking there almost every day for exercise, people watching, to eat and yes...sometimes shop! haha! 

ps...i have great luck with jeans at H&M, Top Man and sometimes Macy's fyi!

I went to ROD yesterday with a buddy for a quick photoshoot, then dinner and the movie Spectre and noticed that COS (Collection Of Style) looks almost completed interior wise so i am guessing they will be bringing in the merchandise any day now and opening in the next week or two! Pretty excited about this H&M own branded store originally from Sweden...something i can afford for sure...finally! whooohooooo! 

well then, in my opinion iPic IS winning! haha! and wow iPic i do believe is doing pretty well for itself...every showing of every movie seems to eventually sell out in the premium plus seating lately...me and a buddy have been trying to see Spectre there since it came out and each time when we finally can make a time work, it is then sold out! (and i do believe it was or is playing on multiple screens there...like 2 or 3!) looks like our plans to see it this weekend have turned into a Sunday showing...

good lord...seriously excited about this project!!!
