McCormick & Schmick's will be on the east corner on San Jacinto and Dallas, ground floor.

<br />What are these "funky" pictures?
You know, your typical HOB decor.
-
Photos from this morning... Laying rebar around the recently poured office tower footprint.
This is going to be a MASSIVE concrete pour.
-
Maybe a bunch of playas live there?
No doubt.
-
Do you have any other info to share (or info that you cannot share)?
Rumor has it there's another prospective buyer who has been touring the building recently.
-
I knew Deborah from back in the day and i can tell you that she's wrong.
Yea, I think I'll go with the facts from the Houston House staff instead of the story from someone who was a friend of someone who lived in the building for a couple of years a long time ago.
-
Also, typical lazy Houstonians. Too lazy to walk or take the train ;-)
Oh come on tubby, like you would walk from Houston House to MMP in the dead heat of a humid Houston summer.
I bet you only leave the air conditioning of your skyscraper during the day under protest and stay in the tunnels like a mole.

That sign has been there since at least 91. I had a buddy that lived on the 18th floor from 88 to 92, who I regularly visited, and the sign was in place then. Certainly it wouldn't apply to a baseball game since Minute Maid wasn't in existance then.
That sign hasn't been there since "at least 91" so you must have been hallucinating. I just spoke with Debra whose worked at Houston House for EIGHTEEN years and she told me the sign wasn't put up until after Enron Field/MMP was completed so CERTAINLY IT DOES APPLY to apply to people going to baseball and basketball games as that was the managements intention.

Apparently not if you drive through the exit
What kind of stupid comment was that?
Or was that a lame attempt at trolling?
APPARENTLY you CAN'T drive through the exit,
seeing as to how:
A) The exit is a one way, two story ramp with an electronic gate that closes after a car exits and
B ) whoever found you parked in their assigned spot would report you and your car would be towed immediately. And this is all IF you were somehow able to drive OVER or THROUGH the car coming down the ramp and "drive through the exit" gate on time.

Correct, must double as a parking local for the not so near ballpark.
You need a card key and assigned spot to park in our garage.
-
Yea, I live there.
I always assumed they meant an Astros or Rockets game.
-
How could they think it was SA? Planes don't move that fast.
People are dumb.
-
I just walked by HOB, there's an 18 wheeler parked there and they're unloading a bunch of "funky" pictures to put on the walls.

Kind of funny - St. Arnold's new facility is between a park and a junkyard. Good neighbors on one side and bad neighbors on the other.
-
El Paso is basically gutting the entire building, and redoing everything from the structure out. I believe the building is also getting a new, all glass lobby which is supposed to be spectacular. Hines is acting as the Project Manager, with Gilbane as the General Contractor.
Well there ya go.

Es mejor a decir la pinche madre no? Como queira, lo van a llamar "el cabron line color de caca". Eso si se joye mas bien como no?
Simon, ese. Cuando yo oigo "the brown line" pienso de un par de chones con pinche skid marks.
-
I went there for the vanguard program, 91-92. I had Ms. Swantek.
Do you remember the big albino kid?
-
Yo creo esta con madre they're gonna call it The "Brown" Line, ese.

Tillman Fertitta lives in a 25,000+ square foot house on Willowick Road in River Oaks. I've never seen it in person, but when my brother drove by after golfing at a course nearby, he said that it was gigantic, and all of the garage doors were open to display his exquisite car collection. Does anyone have pictures of this palace? I'm dying to see it! p.s. The address is 3800 Willowick
Take your own pics, Stalky McStalkerton.

don't play with us now!
I got a lot of rich friends. Things can always fall through (its H-town) so I don't want to reveal anything more, but I will say this....everyone knows residential in that area is a sure bet right now. On the other hand though, the lot owners are holding out for ridiculous sums.

Expect an announcement for a new apartment tower between pavilions and disco green in the coming months.

As a taxpayer (and therefore co-owner of HP), I demand they do something immediately to ensure its success. I want to see a check cashing place and a matress store in there pronto!
Or at least one of these
