    I'm sure the bonding experience was great. And who wouldn't like to light something afire? But the way it was built was just asking for trouble. Maybe if you could think of a new tradition to replace it with? I'm sure A&M would be grateful.

    Actually, Aggies ARE continuing to burn it each and every year. Eighteen year old children died so some alumni could feel pride about their school. Now some Aggies continue to have Bonfire. When I see maroon jerseys of Aggies, I see the blood of children wasted for the vanity of alumni.

    So your blaming the lawyers? You can only sue for discrimination based on race or gender.

    That is great news. Courthouses like the old Harris County one are really neat to study.

    I think they are both pretty. Although, I did like the original design of the Civil Court better. Court buildings shouldn't look modern. They need to look imposing, because people can lose their liberty, money, children or spouse because of what happens inside. It's a serious place that needs serious architecture.

    I'd rather see street life, so moving from the tunnels to the street level would satisfy me on an aesthetic level. However, its hard to beat the convienence and the temperture control of the tunnel system. When you're dressed in a suit you'll get drenched if you walk outside in the summer time. However, in the tunnel system we never have to leave 72 degrees.

    They don't look through the Phi Beta Kappa directory for county employees.

    They have "flavored" oxygen in some places. Evidently its supposed to make you feel pretty happy. This "trend" has been going on for more than 10 years in California.

    The first rendering is much more stately. The second one does look like a casino. Can anybody say "jackpot justice?"

    I really like the interior of the apartments. The exterior is a little guady for my taste, but to each his own.
