    I think this is becoming U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer. Saw a sign on the building this weekend and it’s listed on Google Maps. Think they’re relocating from Milby and Canal 😭

    Tried Gatsby’s once before a show at Hobby Center so we made a reservation. Got there and it was completely empty except for 2-3 tables and they told us it was going to be a wait and couldn’t give us a time for how long. Apparently short staffed. This was maybe 2 months ago.

    I live just around the corner from here. So glad it might be something other than another garage/mechanic shop! A food and beverage concept, eh? Something healthy, maybe a beer and wine spot with a patio to the trail and dog friendly. We have so many Latin American cuisine options and arguably quite a bit of burger spots. Preferably not a major chain restaurant. Is it known that they’re keeping the existing building or is this a tear down and build up?

    Purchased a home off Lockwood and Harrisburg in summer of 2020 and have been waiting for this to kick off! I too might be most excited for Lockwood to be repaved and have green bike lanes added to connect to the bayou trails. 🥳

The 5.8-acre campus includes two acres north of Harrisburg for future expansion. Where?? lol

    so much is happening around here that there's gotta be something going in at the coffee plant. So much potential. Could be a big market/meeting venue for the neighborhood.
