  1. It's just the drive-thru that's open 24 hours. The doors close @ 10. I drove thru last week
  2. Pearland doesn't give a crap about safety..only $$ We've needed a turning lane on Shadow Creek Parkway going east to turn on Reflection Bay since Shadow Creek opened. There's not even a shoulder you can pull into. With traffic going 50-60mph..you can easily get rear ended by someone not paying attention. I've even passed by a few accidents there. Now with the shopping center opening up in that intersection..they just created a nice safe turning lane there right after Reflection Bay, for a shopping center that's not even open. They wouldn't want you to get hurt in a car accident before you can give them some sales tax revenue..no way. Bunch of jokers.
  3. I don't know why they even need a second garage. I work at the Heritage Plaza & the garage isn't even half full, even though the building is 85% occupied. Seems like a waste of money to me, especially with more & more people taking the bus, rail & carpooling.
  4. It's not a grocery store..it's a show. The prices sucked...almost everything is more expensive than other HEB's and the Walmart across the street. The only item I found was cheaper, is milk. Since Walmart won't be as crowded..i'll keep doing my shopping there so I can get in & out quickly & not get distracted by the Cooking Connection chefs & everyone else that has a mic, screaming into the crowd.
  5. Naa..he lived in Sugarland for the longest time & last year he bought a historical mansion in Clear Lake http://www.houstonarchitecture.info/haif/i...aded&start=
  6. They're on Southfork/Dallas a mile west of 288. 2 massively gigantic huge mansions right next to each other. Doesn't look like anyone lives there anymore. I see a car every once in a while at the "small" one using one of it's 10 car garages. Anyone know anything about those..it's history? Who built them? Are they haunted? Dr. Ulysses Watkins Edit: Looks like the addresses are as follows. Mansion 1: 2552 County Rd. 59 Mansion 2: 11800 Magnolia Pkwy.
