    I agree. And Montrose is one of the areas besides downtown where the most people are walking, so I'd say it's pretty important. However the city doesn't seem to care about sidewalks in general. By the way this is the site we've been talking about.

    Is this just a renovation of the old Wendy's into something new or are they doing a teardown/rebuild? I was doing some bar hopping on my bike on Sat and I saw some construction but I didn't look too closely. I will try to take a photo next time.

    Here's a larger photo of the full rendering. I like the new top rendering better. I think the blue coloring looks better than exposed concrete.

    I wish there was a way to make a post persistent at the top of the thread so I didn't have to keep skipping back 5 pages to find the rendering. I thought I'd put it here again to save other people the trouble. I really wish we could see this from more angles. What's that groove along the one side? I wonder if the side facing the bayou where all of the Houston skyline photos are taken from has a similar feature or if it's just flat. At least it's a rounded rectangle floor plate rather than a simple box.
