Mmmmm, purdy. Thanks for the updates.

I really do hope the movie studio comes true, that would be exciting.

When I read this I was pretty excited! Sounds good for Houston.

That is going to be such a beautiful building.

Thanks for posting the videos, it will be cool to watch this progress.

Sounds like a great idea. But I laugh for some reason when I hear "Workforce Housing Units." It sounds like a communist development in China.

Late I know, but I have been out of town the last few days. But I hope you guys had a happy birthday!

We went during the weekend, but it was packed! Pretty much all the movies were sold out pretty early so we had to come back during the week.
It was pretty nice. Service time wasn't too bad and the food was pretty good. I liked it.

Lookin' good. Thanks for the updates.

Finally a good idea from the city!
Sounds like a great plan, and I am glad that they are trying to save a historic building facade.

There is an email going around with free tickets to Studio Grill for two I believe. I got mine through that anyway. I need to go use them this weekend.

Great News!

I went through here the other day, and I think it is very nice! I can't wait to see it progress more.

Great pictures! What a dreary weekend.

That is awesome news! It would have been horrible for that hospital to have gone relict or be torn down.

Very cool. I like Hilton Gardens, we stayed in one in South Lake Tahoe, California, and it was a very nice hotel.

I have a feeling (or hope) that once OPP is complete and residents start moving in, it will help HP out atleast a little bit.

I can't believe its already been that long. Shows how entertaining this forum really is! Great job Editor.

I mainly visit HAIF and Skyscrapercity forums. I tried to sign up for SSP, but I always had problems with the membership, shame too, because it was a nice site.
And great pictures. Now I just cant wait for all those other lots to fill in with buildings. =D

Those last pictures are awesome. Especially the first one with the construction going on in the background.

I hate the tunnels. They keep me sheltered from humidity, heat, rain, and bums. In fact I wish we would just pour cement in the tunnels; that way pedestrians would be forced to get bummed on their way in/out of retail stores. Besides, as we all know you can

The moment HP decided to not connect to the tunnels and its daytime workers, and decided to scrap the residential component, its fate was sealed. Shopping at HP will never be any better than what can be found at a good airport terminal. Heck even Qatar Airways will have a presence at HP.
Im glad it doesn't connect to the underground tunnel personally.

Great pictures! I wanted to go this year, but couldn't make it. Hopefully I will be able to catch it next time.
Thanks for sharing!
