  1. Had a quick chat with the owner to confirm, that construction note was part of a MF pipeline report for MMG (investment sales team) from Q4 - from when the property was under contract. 2121 has not been sold and there are no plans on it at this time. We are still working on finding a good buyer for it!
  2. I think the construction post that was mentioned the other day may be from the group that had it under contract last fall. They dropped the contract in December. There has been a group negotiating on the entire portfolio, but nothing has been agreed to. And I think you are right about the typo with the city.
  3. Yes, it closed last Wednesday. Greyhound has been the tenant for years there and the current lease goes out another 7 years.
  4. Yes! I went by around 5--I am really glad they moved quickly to secure it. Another good photo!
  5. Thank you for posting pics! Does it look like anyone breached the fence overnight? GC coming to board up windows and doors today.
  6. Great, thank you for the pics! They were scheduled for 8 am, Glad they are moving quickly!!!!
  7. No, the Buyer has not bought anything in Midtown previously. We should know in January if the deal will move forward, fingers crossed!
  8. I'm the listing broker. The Buyer is confidential for now. All portals will be boarded up Friday and the fence up, security will be present. Greyhound requested release from the lease early. I hope things get quieter for you!
  9. The fence to secure the site is scheduled to be installed Friday. Building will also be secured.
  10. Greyhound is vacating the Main ST location later this week. there is no connection to METRO on this site. Metro has a facility nextdoor tot he Greyhound station on Harrisburg.
  11. 2121 Main st, currently the Greyhound Bus Station/Midtown, will be closing its doors later this week, services will move to their location on Harrisburg. 2121 Main is currently under contract. The owners are having a fence put up once they have vacated, and Midtown SEAL Security as well as HPD have been contacted and will be patrolling the block, and will be removing trespassers with the Owner's consent. Midtown District has been extremely helpful and cooperative with the current Owners. This should be very good for Midtown. In addition, the Harrisburg location - Greyhound has renewed their lease for 10 years. The property is under contract and should close by the end of the year to a reputable local Buyer.
  12. On Harrisburg, Greyhound has extended its lease for 10 years. The property is under contract, closes next month. Expect to see a big change in activity as business will push to this site with the Midtown closure.
  13. They are moving to a curbside concept, potentially operating out of retail/hotel type locations, and not a full size "station".
  14. MCDONALD'S is working on permits to take the building down asap.
  15. My team? We are the listing brokers at Cushman Wakefield.
  16. Our understanding is that they are moving to a curbside concept, probably leasing a presence in several locations (maybe hotels) and not having a big terminal or station anymore....which is not financially effective for what they do.
  17. It is listed for $11 M. Greyhound has a lease that runs through Oct of 2024.
  18. They should be out when the lease is up. And my understanding is they are willing to exit early.
  19. My team has the Greyhound site at 2121 Main listed on the market. Lease expires Oct 2024. We are meeting with McDonalds this week to discuss the site as it is definitely closed.
