Never heard of Sitton but there was a Jetton's Cafeteria in Greenway Plaza. Huge place and I thought though it closed there was a connection with Roma (pre Luby's.)

I always enjoyed Thornhill's Cafeteria before Picadilly, Wyatt's etc.
