Here’s a photo of the site as of a couple of days ago (apologies for the windshield wiper). Triad is currently working on the area south of the alleyway; the old auto sales building north of the alleyway is still up. Maybe the oral surgery center will be at one corner and the Valvoline station at the other?

Thank you for the address correction! Both of those are disappointing. I live within walking distance and was hoping for a new restaurant or retail space.

Does anyone have information on the plans for this former used auto lot on Shepherd and 25th? Triad Construction began digging it up a couple of days ago, but I can’t find any information online, and a HAIF search comes up empty.
