All steel frame house being built in Meyerland. It has 72 piers, 18 ft deep and is over 10ft in the air. Will have a stucco-like exterior, but is sprayed on hardy board, and is made of cork. It is anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, fire and water resistant and steel.
