To let you know the answer to the foundation mystery, the odd formations were actually the walls of the building. The slab is now flat again.

There is a starbucks in Target, we got a glimpse of the glowing light yesterday as we drove by. Has anyone solved the foundation mystery yet?

Anyone know which business they broke ground on this morning? It looks to be a new one, not Chicki-F or Wachovia (from what I have read here).
