About Arnos...the amusing thing about the famous Stuffed Mushrooms was that the owners had a huge collection of cooking Magazines (there weren't many different ones back then...mostly Gourmet. They got the recipe from Gourmet and as everyone agrees, it was one of the more popular items on the Menu. One day Janice (I think that was her name)...one of the owners...received a request for the recipe from Gourmet Magazine. It seems that they had a column where readers could mention an item they'd had in a restaurant and Gourmet would try to get the recipe for them. We all had a good laugh at that. I was Manager at that time.
