I actually really like the style of the project. Makes me feel like a jet-setter just looking at it. It's so gloriously mod.- 2,419 replies

I need to get in there. Is it open, or do I need to contact the property managers?

Back in Dallas, you can go south on the eastbound lanes of East Northwest Highway.

Okay. Because that star is right next to where I grew up.

Why is there a star in Richardson on that map?

Sugar Land Town Square Developents
Captain Impossible replied to UrbaNerd's topic in Points Southwest
How is sprawl ever smart growth? Sugar Land is a joke, and it will be Sharpstown sooner than you know. I mean, we think new cars always look good, the newest model years have the best lines. Well, look at the cars of fifteen years ago. Even if they're in the same shape as they were then, they don't look so hot now, do they? Like everything else, Sugar Land will suffer from our fickle tastes as Americans. It will go out of style, and something new will take its place.- 173 replies

The Woodlands Town Center Developments
Captain Impossible replied to bachanon's topic in Points North
That's an exciting night for us up in Huntsville. Doesn't mean I enjoy what The Woodlands stands for. It just means that Houston traffic is the worst I've seen besides Mexico City, and another forty miles is a bit far for just one evening.- 358 replies

And hopefully most of that retail would relocate to street level locations.
-
It just seems to me that when that money is spent, it should be done on street level, at storefront locations. Maybe that's just me though.

Why exactly is a downtown mall considered a good thing?

I mess with the curves a little, but not too much saturation. The key is to use the meter on full manual mode, and also to get just the right white balance. In regards to the blue tones, I don't know how that happened. I have never gotten skies like that out of this camera. I really want to know what I did differently.
