    Fair enough, I’ve been out of the rental game too long I remember paying less than that for a two bedroom back in 2014. Things have changed quite a bit since then I guess.

    This is a cool project, but not sure about the 400 square foot housing units are they building this in New York or Boston? Not sure what the price would have to be or what the market is like for a unit like that in Houston.

    They started leasing the old pita pal factory on canal and have a sign up.

    What’s with the giant fence posts, was walking along the trail behind this yesterday and they have more wrapping along the trail. Gives it maximum security prison vibes.

    Saw them drilling holes at 3301 Canal yesterday, maybe for soil samples.
