As for the tiny balconies.  Those look to be at the end of the hallways adjoining the studio spaces.  My guess is that you'll see artists doing their smoke breaks there.

I'm glad they are able to do this with the space.  That was one of the values of the space on Main were the artist leased studios. 

just curious if anyone knows what is going on with that old KFC location? Seems odd it has been vacant for so long, seems like a prime location for a food joint of some sort.

I liked and will miss El Real, but ACME is going to be a great replacement.

Most importantly, Mala Sichuan is still there.

I was hoping for Sprouts but Target will be handy.

Traffic will be.... interesting.   But then I thought Trader Joes would be a mess and that ended up working ok.   Turning into this center going South on Shepherd or West on Westheimer is a mess though.
