Any updated vendor list for this Food Hall or is it all still in limbo?

Hi Neighbors. I hear rumors about this complex being mixed use. Does anyone know any more detail about that? Will there be a retail aspect on ground level, or does the fact that this complex is being billed as live/work studios fulfill the mixed-use classification? Thanks, -Trevor

Any idea as to when the bridge will be repaired and this essential trail connector will reopen? Also, any updates about connecting the White Oak Bayou trail the ends at Stude Park will be connected to the MKT trail? Much thanks.
