    The new restaurant Daily Gather (by the Dish Society folks) in the former International Smoke (and formerly Straits) space is quite good and the interior is beautiful. Give it a try.

    The Grid has landed the first Houston area Costco Business Center.     No doubt. My house backs up to Buffalo Bayou, and I live near one of the HCFCD's boat ramps. You can hear their airboats from almost a mile away.

    Treebeard's, Masraff's, and Texadelphia are all open and seem to be doing pretty good business given the circumstances. This Treebeard's seems to have upped its game compared to the downtown locations and also has a full bar and nice outdoor space next to Texadelphia. There is also a Tiny's Milk and Cookies going in soon.

    Does anyone know what they are planning on doing with the two current buildings at the Law Center? Will they be torn down for a parking lot/garage?

    Drove by the back of the building on Gaylord where the restaurants are going in, and there appeared to be a lot of interior work going on at each one.
