I run the blogs South Texas Retail and STR Retail Database which focus on former retail and restaurants in South Texas. I got the idea after talking with two other retail enthusiasts on this forum since I'm interested in retail/restaurant history and while I've made good progress with Corpus Christi (lived there for 18 years), I can't say the same for San Antonio, the RGV and Laredo. So I ask anyone, ANYONE at all who shares my interest in former retail and restaurant history and is knowledgeable with those areas to please help me out because I want to do for South Texas what has been done for Houston.
