  1. That's the West Loop Frwy, esp between, the Katy and Southwest Frwys! While, north of the Katy isn't as full as south of the Katy Frwy! A North-South Tlwy with complete feeder rds to the east must be constructed! All sections must get complete feeder rds, with exits after intersections and entrances before intersections! Memorial Pk must be raised to arch over the W Loop! That'll be just like bldgs on hillsides in West Huntsville, Alabama that have earthen soil with vegetation above their roofs! The benefit, is Mem Pk gets back park land, before the W Loop ever existed, and the W Loop has more badly needed lns! South of the Katy Frwy, bldgs along must rise above grade level just like in Boston! Small bldgs such as gas stations go underground like in Paris, France! Then feeder rds be moved from the main rd and be widened to 8 lns! Feeder rds too north of the Katy Frwy be widened to 8 lns! Feeder rds of 610 and 290, 610 and IH 10, and 610 and 69 must intersect each other underground! The overpass at Hempstead Rd be removed, due too parallel rr tracks to rise above grade level, with a parallel above ground mono rail line! While, Hempstead becomes a tlwy to overpass 610! While, Hempstead gets parallel feeder rds to depress below grade level, including 610 Feeder Rds here! The viaduct over IH 10 depresses to grade level and IH 10 overpasses 610! Katy Rd at 610 depresses below grade level, including 610 Feeder Rds here! While, here will be an above ground rr tracks, mono rail line, and above ground magnetic levitation vehicle line! Magnetic levitation vehicles are cross country that transport a person, that runs close as an airplane! Memorial Dr, Woodway Dr, and Beechnut St become wide median rds! Wide mdn rds are moderate access rds which minor rds intersecting split up and must tunnel and their traffic lights dismantle! Non minor rds still intersect with traffic lights! Just that less traffic lights! Post Oak Blvd and Bellaire Blvd at 610 become grade level express rds with parallel feeder rds depressing below grade level, including 610 Feeder Rds here! Their, must be an elevated exit for Northbound 610 to Northbound N Post Oak! The south end of N Post Oak and south end of Post Oak becomes part of the relocated southbound feeder rd! Westheimer Rd at 610 becomes a grade level frwy with parallel below grade level feeder rds to depress below grade level, including 610 Feeder Rds here! Westpark at 610 must be a tlwy to overpass with parallel feeder rds depressing below grade level, including 610 Feeder Rds here! IH 610 here depresses to grade level! Parallel to Westpark, must be an above ground rr tracks and a mono rail line! The viaduct over 69 depresses to grade level while 69 overpasses! A great deal of an underground express must be constructed on 610! South of 69, the underground express must be 10 lns, between Post Oak and 69, must be 12 lns, between IH 10 and Post Oak, must be 14 lns, and north of IH 10 be 16 lns! The HOV Ln north of IH 10 goes underground and gets carpool lns! However, it's to go to Hempstead that's to be a tlwy! The bus rapid transit must go underground! Gas stations here selling dirty burning gasoline must inject aerosols into the dirty burning gasoline, if running a vehicle emits aerosols to cause global freezing! People along here that can't afford clean burning gasoline, must get a carbon dioxide scrubber installed in their vehicle to collect Co2! That's to be used to enhance oil wells, put out fires, inject into planted trees, and to be shipped off to Mars for animals, humans, and plants to live there! Also north of Bellaire, must be vehicles that are automated, coal gasification, electric, fuel cell, hybrid, hydrogen, and ng, and vehicles emitting aerosols!

Just feeder rds at both ends depress below grade level! The name Gateway is the name of Gateway Elem Sch in Travelers Rest, which I was a former student there! This too will be the New South IH 26, linking Asheville, NC and Greenville!

A wide mdn rd is a moderate access rd which minor rds intersecting split up and must tunnel and their traffic lights dismantle! However non minor rds still intersect with traffic lights! Just that less traffic lights! In between, an exit and entrance ramp are removed, and Hunting Bayou that'll be unaware of gets a sign "Hunting Bayou"! Will be hike and bike trails along Hunting Bayou under bridges!
