Warehouse Demolished - 2215 Commerce St.

As long as parking comes with better lighting for the area, I am all for it! That is the most sketchy part of the walk home after enjoying an Astros/Dynamo game. -

The Trumpers got to eat somewhere I suppose. I went to the one in Rice Military several years back. It was empty and the food was bland and overpriced. Never went back and that was before the shenanigans from below. https://houston.eater.com/2020/4/23/21232948/memorial-federal-grill-harris-county-reopening-coronavirus- 2,037 replies

Some of these tenants have been known for awhile. There was a file on the Midway site that appeared to have been uploaded by accident. It is somewhere in this tread probably towards the beginning of the year.- 2,037 replies

I guess Rooftop wont be coming back to this location. "Sad news for fans of the cinema club’s buzzy drive-in movie experience, The Drive-In off Navigation. “We’re sad to say that due to complications with city permitting, we aren’t able to re-open this venue,” the email notes." https://houston.culturemap.com/news/entertainment/08-05-21-rooftop-cinema-club-uptown-blvd-place-tickets-august-11-september-movies/- 283 replies

Olshan Lumber Company At 2600 Commerce St.

Exactly my point! The Heights have been successfully fighting affordable housing. Karla Cisneros sure loves putting these type of projects in the East End, but fight them off in her neighborhood in the Heights. -

What happened with the drive-in theater? Last time I checked, their website announced all screening have been postponed. .- 283 replies
