Aside from Load Em Up Lidge, it's not relief pitching. Gallo's gone. Nieve's looking like a long reliever that's got speed and improving control. Borkowski's a bit shaky, but will improve. Freaky Zeke is gone. They'll drop or trade off one more when Backe's back. (And they have Hirsch, Sampson, and Barzilla available when Roger blows out his hamstring for good or Andy Pettite throws himself on Roger's grill to end the pain and suffering) Qualls, Wheeler, Springer, and Miller have their ugly days, but they're not as shaky as the start of the season.
