    Sprouts got tired of waiting when there was a delay in construction…can of worms and no funding once issues with building came up. Bad development practice and a bit short on due diligence considering the condition of the building and it’s new intended use. I’m sure design team and GC will be glad to have this project behind them

    I think overall this is wonderful! Sorry Gensler, maybe think outside the box?!! Overall, the new team is friendly to steel, the old team did everything in concrete, “cause it’s houston”...bringing on an east coast flair!
