Let there me more sterile boring construction!

The downtown bums are so noticeable because there is so else little down there. It is a dump. Go down on a Sat afternoon and there is so little open. Downtown renovation has amounted to little more than a few bars on Main Street and they don't have a very long half-life. I was hopeful for downtown, but I am not very optimistic anymore.
