It looks like Les Noo'dle has closed and Blk Mkt Birria is taking over this location. They currently have a truck parked in the space and have changed signage.

It looks like it will replace this portion of Allen House, just south of Sovereign at Regent Square

Yes, I noticed this yesterday. The side walk on the west end of Waugh/Commonwealth is being replaced up to Lovett. 🙃

I spoke to one of the members from Urban Genesis and they stated that this project is expected to be 700+ units, with a portion being income restricted.

It looks like the northern part of the building goes up to 9 floors, while the rest of the building stops at 8.

It looks like they're eliminating the entry point on to Hawthorne/Burlington from Bagby which doesn't make sense to me. The road that extends south of Courtlandt in the proposals will essentially be a private entry/driveway to someones garage. If they keep Bagby south of Elgin, they should extend the road, as it is now, to Hawthorne/Burlington so it serves more of a purpose.

Appears they’ll be breaking ground any day now. Property is fully fenced off.

They're pre-leased at 28% right now, so about 105 units out of the total 357. They started pre-leasing in May, so they're averaging about 17 units a month.
