    I spoke to one of the members from Urban Genesis and they stated that this project is expected to be 700+ units, with a portion being income restricted.

    I'm curious if the "Vegas style pool" was scrubbed . I had been watching the construction for ages tying to see some semblance of pool construction to no avail and I imagine they would put it in their insta ads if they had one. But the pool rendering still appears on the website.

I looked at their upcoming theater list and it's been essentially wiped out. I'm assuming the ones that are on there are only there because they might already be under construction.

    I googled the Cypress location and the street view from February 2020 shows ongoing construction.

    I heard the VooDoo on Westheimer will be closer to Catbirds.

    It looks like they're eliminating the entry point on to Hawthorne/Burlington from Bagby which doesn't make sense to me. The road that extends south of Courtlandt in the proposals will essentially be a private entry/driveway to someones garage. If they keep Bagby south of Elgin, they should extend the road, as it is now, to Hawthorne/Burlington so it serves more of a purpose.
