I think they have done some re-planning and rebranding. The NewQuest's development seems to still be on, but they're now calling it "Peargrounds", and there are some new renderings. On the NewQuest site, they currently have it mapped to the wrong location along SH 35 instead of the South Freeway. Maybe I'll email them about that. Certainly more fleshed-out. If they continue with plan, it will be something nice.
