    I saw a lot of trucks today on site. I wonder what they are doing?

    I don’t understand what people mean when they say respect the neighborhood roots and create jobs for locals. This is HOUSTON TX I don’t see a shortage of jobs. If people want o work, they can work. The issue is finding people who want to work. You say respect the neighborhood? The neighborhood make up isn’t even the same as the past. Things have changed and it’s time for that neighborhood, just like alot of other ones to be gentrified. Half these homes are being lost due to taxes and the families who worked so hard to keep the homes, have died. They passed them down to the kids who don’t even want them. Don’t even understand or know what’s going on in the neighborhood.

    Displaced families? It’s not like someone is just taking people homes with no compensation. In this area a lot of homes are being lost due to non payment of taxes. At the current tax rates.

    This isn’t East River information but it is good for the area and close. Has anyone heard about this yet?

    Ive been watching this area like a hawk. I check several times a week for you alls update. I really appreciate you guys input. I just though i i would add to the conversation. Alot of my information, i was assuming you guys already knew. Im just a rookie. Thanks for your input.

    I saw that. I believe the red flags are survey flags where the electricity will go. I believe the flags are where townhomes will go. I actually have land in the area. Ive heen waiting to see more activity in the area, and then i will build my properties there. I noticed this also. Im jot sure what it means.
