I have been away from the Galleria for a few years and notice the beacon atop Transco/Williams is no longer turned on. It used to be on every night for decades. An acquaintance claims a lawsuit now limits its use but I can't find anything on that. What did I miss?

I live next door in 1901. I talked to someone over the phone at the Poker Club a couple months ago and they said they were leaving mid April and that it was going to be an upscale retail development. It was just one guy so who knows, but will be great it is isn't too high up for the residents at 1901. Luckily I face south in the tower but I was looking at a unit facing north there. Not going to consider it not with construction coming soon.
