    Does anyone know what the heck is going on here ? the panels above the lit one appear to have electrical conduit as well are they actually putting giant LED signage facing a residential street?

    Bruce's Plumbing ( at 318 W 26th ) recently sold to NFF Realty Partners LLC. NFF now owns almost the entire block of vacant land bordering Rutland / W 25th / Nicholson / W 26th.
