    The Bridgelands will eventually be a part of Katy I.S.D. Not sure about Waller. The Bridgelands is almost twice the size of Cinco Ranch, too. Cy-Fair has already purchased a size in the middle of Bridgelands (off of the proposed Grand Parkway), for a three-school site (high, junior high, and elementary schools.). Depending on how fast Bridgelands grows, Katy I.S.D. will probably construct its seventh high school up that way. The growth in both of these school districts are amazing. By 2008, Cy-Fair will have 750,000 residents, and Katy will have 250,000-300,000 (from 175,000 now).

    I think Cedar Fair is a possibility. They don't have a park in the South at all (except for the one in North Carolina).

    ^^Where did you here that a Macy's was going to be in Katy?

    Benston Park sounds nice. What are they going to do with La Branch? Will it run under the park or just be stripped up?

    It might be a cycle. The good areas become bad, and then we move further out, and those areas are good, until the crime catches up to them. There are already new subdivisions going upin Waller, Texas now. Its like Los Angeles I have not noticed the crime spike out here, but it shouldn't be too long.

    Maybe Mario can be like this guy. Mario and Julius are both from the same state, and were both not thought of as potentially great players. But look at Julius, how many Pro Bowl's has he went to? He also came to a Super Bowl here. Williams could end up like him. Lets hope.

    But you don't want every city to have the same thing. What if every city had a Disney, ESPN Zone, Time Square, or a Grand Central. Each city wouldn't be unique. Something different between European and American cities.

    That is sad. All those memories I have had there. Oh well, hopefully some mixed-used development goes there. Maybe mid-rise condos and shopping. I wouldn't want a car dealership or Walmart to go there(although the Walmart could be huge considering they don't need parking because they can use Reliant's parking. Then cover the walkway).
