I'm in Orange, not far from Nederland! We are also doing a shiplap home, built in the 1880s but WOW I'm not so sure I want to take out all of the nails. 3000 sq ft of ceiling and walls, 12 ft tall... thousands of nails. Cant a good sanding take care enough?
