Brava: 46-Story Residential High-Rise At 414 Milam St.
htownbro replied to brijonmang's topic in Going Up!
I think Austin has a a 60 plus story tower in the works but they may get a taller build since they're popping them out of the ground like crazy. Houston lacks a signature tower like some other global cities.- 1,067 replies

I applaud the owners of Turkey Leg Hut for working with the community on parking issues. Good business usually brings alot of traffic. Word is they are expanding and perhaps build a parking garage.

This tower looks good driving down Fannin from downtown towards Midtown at night. Wish I could have taken a picture. Can't wait for phase 2!- 1,569 replies

They act like they are going to build low income apartments here. I'm sure the rent for the apartment development will be priced accordingly. 1400.00 and up for one bedroom, 2300.00 and up for 2 bedroom. This is a good location if you don't want to live in the congested Galleria area and not too far from all the entertainment inside the loop.

I don't know. Many people prefer the lock it and leave it lifestyle and very little maintenance as opposed to a house in the burbs.

Iconia Hard Rock Houston: Hotel & Condominiums At 3500 Sage Rd.
htownbro replied to Urbannizer's topic in Going Up!
Well of course not now but the walkability score may increase for that area when other developments are completed around this area. Once McNair development is completed, this hotel will be much closer and also new midrise apartments will be developed next to Bristol condos on McCue. I do agree from June to October, the heat will be too unbearable to walk that far. 😅- 121 replies

And this is near the new Hard Rock hotel development as well. Wish that Walmart wasn't there on S Rice and Westpark.

Iconia Hard Rock Houston: Hotel & Condominiums At 3500 Sage Rd.
htownbro replied to Urbannizer's topic in Going Up!
That area is walkable as I live in this area and usually walk to 24 Hr Fitness and eateries in the area on Richmond and Sage and even to the Galleria on a cool day. 😁 Also there are other developments that will be coming up on the other side of Sage and along McCue plus the 59/610 project will make it easy access to get there.- 121 replies
