It was the Houston Distribution Inc. warehouse off of Market St. in June 1995; it was on the northeast side near Loop 610 and I-10, near the Budweiser plant

I lived in Woodland Trails West from 1989 to 2003. The homes flooded three times: 1998 during TS Frances, 2001 during TS Allison, and in 2002. By 2003 the homes were being demolished. Most are long gone.
