  1. The apartments under construction are not a part of the MKT. different developer. Ojala out of dallas, not radom. Technically, Studemont junction was a land deal put together by Kaplan, subdivided and selling sites to building developers and users.
  2. i believe this is the same owner that bought the strip just west of this with public house, barnaby's, etc. in it, as well as the construction on the south side of WO, and the automated parking garage as well.
  3. maybe one of those big parcels on 11th in timbergrove? you know, in the 'greater heights area'...
  4. that parcel is pretty small, so it makes re-development challenging, plus it's not contiguous - which makes it a no-go for most. plus the amateurish approach by a residential broker isn't helping anything. killer google earth work here: https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/portfolio/13704092/
  5. pretty sure this is going to be half apartments, half mixed use office/retail/restaurant, or at least that's what i heard
  6. i wonder if it was ye olde banking snafu of "i forgot to write and mail my landlord a check for rent" or the other banking snadfu of writing the landlord a bad check....
  7. there was a post on NextDoor claiming that Radom did not buy BA, somebody else did, but their building encroaches on Radoms new property by 6" so they are having to tear the building down to solve the encroachment.
  8. dead deal...the owner's have decided to not proceed, and instead sell the dirt, even though they had some leases signed.
  9. Floor Area Ratio (FAR) is basically the ratio of the usable sf of the floor area of a building to the area of the lot it is built on. a cap at 6.0 would mean you couldn't build any denser than that ratio. this is often set by zoning, which we don't have, so i'm not sure how this would be implemented in this city.
  10. issues getting tenants out is the rumor...pretty sure Weekley will buy thie mobile home park too.
  11. there is a really cool one in McQueeney,TX that was recently built on the side of the river. http://seguingazette.com/news/article_c72c3c0a-66a3-11e7-994c-7363927f6f7d.html
  12. Boulevard Realty leased one entire floor, i think the second floor maybe.
  13. looks like they poured the slab for the retail strip center recently
  14. there is a for lease sign on this space now.
  15. They must have dropped edge as leasing agent. I know the developer and he is definitely moving forward on this project.
  16. a little birdie told me they were bidding out construction now...i think they might get started before the end of the year, but i didn't ask about timing.
  17. i think this is one of the most terribly parked retail centers in the area in in terms of volume for uses and layout. plus the parking spots look narrower than code. either that, or i need to re-calibrate my eyeball tape measure.
  18. knowing what HPI does, my guess is apartments on top of retail, like their deal on San Felipe next to briar grove.
