I know that Allen Pkwy and Memorial aren't going away anytime soon (or plan to be buried), but becoming the "pedestrian bridge capital of the US" would be a pretty cool goal for this stretch of Buffalo Bayou. Hopefully Regent Square would also see the value in adding one to their development.

Hopefully this helps facilitate a proper pedestrian corridor from ROD to Highland Village. That sidewalk over the railroad tracks is less than inviting....

I noticed that the building next door to Hopdoddy - at the corner of Times and Morningside - is for lease again. I believe it used to be a co-working/incubator space. Given all of the activity around it, it would seem to be a prime candidate for another restaurant/patio. That 2 block stretch all the way to Coppa has to be one better outdoor dining "districts" in all of Houston. Anyone heard any news?

There have been workers at the former Daily Review everyday for weeks. It appears to be a remodel for a new restaurant. Any idea what is going in?
