Does anyone know if they’re going to start building something new behind CEMEX? I noticed they put up the memorial city banners they use to cover the fencing, they usually do that when they’re about to begin construction in something.

Drove by and saw they're demolishing a building today right on the corner of I-10 and Conrad Sauer, is this in any way connected to Metro National?

I have looked around and can't find any updates on the construction that's currently happening to extend Mathewson Ln. I wonder what the timeline is for the new park over Conrad sauer and the project on Gessner Rd from I-10 to Westview also. Anyone have any start dates for those 2 projects?
