  20. With all due respect, Cityliving does constantly delete his images. Constantly, as all of us know, is defined as "with regular occurrence." The person does exactly this. It's not only my observation, but @rechlin's, and several other members who have posted about his actions in a number of topics where there are pages filled with Cityliving's deleted images. You may not be aware of it, but it doesn't make it any less so. Many of us regulars see this pattern of his over and over: Makes rude comments about one specific user's drone shots, complains about not being valued when he receives backlash for his comments or not enough likes, then deletes his images from Imgur. Rinse and repeat. To that point, Cityliving is free to do whatever he wishes with his photos. Many members appreciate his contributions. However, we also feel shafted each time he takes his anger out on the entire forum by removing his photos en masse whenever he feels unappreciated. To my understanding, that's not the spirit of this forum. I'll leave it at that and won't derail this topic any further.
  21. Never mind. STK Steakhouse is listed in a LoopNet listing for Galleria Park I and Galleria Park II. From the listing: OMG Burgers, Hachi Sushi, and the first Houston location of STK Steakhouse will be joining PF Chang’s as on-site food options. https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/5251-Westheimer-Rd-Houston-TX/27907845/
  22. Does anyone have further insight regarding STK expanding to Houston? Supposedly, the steakhouse is planning to open its second location in Texas. It's slated for Galleria Park I. It may be located in the space next to P.F. Chang's (5251 Westheimer Rd, Suite 150.) https://stksteakhouse.com/
  23. A proposed Class 2 subdivision replat (C2R) named SF Investments Commercial Development was submitted last week. The replat consists of the following parcels: 90 Tuam St 2405 Genesee St The reason for replat is "to create one unrestricted reserve." According to proposed replat, the reserve size is 0.14 acres. I'm unsure if this will be discussed at this week's planning commission meeting. 2405 Genesee St is currently home to local Italian restaurant Elro. The Cellarette is coming soon to 90 Tuam, as mentioned previously. It's a food and beverage concept from the proprietor of Elro.
  24. Shop Companies updated the site plan for the collection of shops and eateries at 238-250 W 19th St. It was included to marketing materials sometime last week. Some observations: The most recent site plan no longer shows the Sweet Bribery unit (250 W 19th St, Suite E) available for lease. Alice Blue's former unit (250 W 19th St, Suite A) is leased. As mentioned in above posts, a new restaurant named Agnes and Sherman is leasing the unit. The 1,089 sf space fronting Rutland St remains available for lease. It's shown as unit 250-10 on the site plan. https://shopcompanies.com/properties/238-250-w-19th-street https://shopcompanies.com/properties/pdf/238-250-w-19th-street
