    Im not a fan so far of this project, hoping the crown changes my mind. If it lights up extra points, we need more lights in our downtown. (but nothing like Dallas yuck)

    Honestly hate this view, my least favorite in the city. Not sure why people are so in love with it. The view from 45N, 288/59 interchange and I10E are the best imo

    Highly doubt it. My company is having everyone come back to office 500+ employees. Working from home while nice is less productive than office work. Trust me haha so many distractions

    My family from Dallas don't travel to Houston often and to be fair they moved to Texas from California. They came in once and we went to a restaurant in the River Oaks area and they were telling us how they liked downtown Houston (we passed by Uptown not DT). I told them yeah that's not even downtown, I took them to downtown and they just said why do you need so many buildings! Dallas has nothing like this.

    You can see the structure starting to pop its head out when coming down 45N, can't wait to see what the view looks like in 6-8 months

    This is awesome!! 48 stories is probably the max they can go for in Midtown though so don't expect a 50+ building mostly because Midtown is directly under the Arrival Procedure for Hobby RWY 13R and it is the most used runway at HOU. That's the only reason i think midtown will never have a supertall building, FAA won't allow it.

    While a super tall would be nice, I want all these lots filled with 20-30 story high rises to give the whole area a more urban filling. THEN SMACK IN A SUPERTALL!! lol
